# Sharing a checklist

### **Step-by-step: Share a Checklist**

Step 1. Open the Requests tab

Navigate to the **Requests** tab inside the engagement.

Step 2. Select the checklist

Click on the checklist/request you want to share.

Step 3. Click 'Assign to'

Select **Assign to** from the action options.

Step 4. Choose the external collaborator

Pick the collaborator you want to assign the checklist to.

The assigned collaborator will now see the checklist in their portal and can start responding to the requests.
