## **External Collaborator Guide**

External collaborators are client users who respond to audit requests shared by the audit firm. Their workspace is simplified so they can focus only on completing checklists, uploading documents and meeting deadlines.

This section explains how an external collaborator signs up, views assigned requests, completes checklists, uploads files and re assigns tasks when needed.

### **Sign Up**

External collaborators do not register directly.\
They receive an invitation from the audit firm’s Super Admin.

**How it works:**

1. The audit firm sends an invite to the collaborator’s email.
2. The collaborator receives an invitation link.
3. Clicking the link opens the sign up page.
4. The collaborator sets a password and creates the account.
5. Once completed, they are taken to their workspace.

They will only see the modules and requests relevant to them.
