# Integrations

The integrations are grouped into:

* **Document Management**
* **Accounting Software**

### **Document Management Integrations**

Document management integrations allow audit teams to access and use files stored in external cloud platforms directly within Finspectors.

#### **SharePoint**

Connect Microsoft SharePoint to browse sites and document libraries from within Finspectors.

Once connected, users can:

* Access shared document libraries
* Browse client and engagement folders
* Attach files to audit requests and procedures
* Keep supporting evidence linked to the engagement

#### **OneDrive**

Connect Microsoft OneDrive to access personal and shared folders from the File Manager.

Once connected, users can:

* Browse OneDrive files
* Access shared folders
* Select documents for audit procedures
* Use client deliverables without downloading and re-uploading them

#### **Google Drive**

Connect Google Drive to access and manage engagement documents directly from the File Manager.

Once connected, users can:

* Browse folders and shared drives
* Preview available files
* Select supporting documents
* Attach evidence to requests and audit procedures

#### **Box**

Box integration will allow users to access and manage client documents stored in Box from within Finspectors.

### **How to Connect a Document Management Account**

1. Navigate to **Integrations**.
2. Select **SharePoint**, **OneDrive**, or **Google Drive**.
3. Click **Connect Account**.
4. Sign in to the relevant account.
5. Review and grant the required permissions.
6. Once connected, the storage platform becomes available in the **File Manager**.

The integration card will display the connected status and number of connected accounts.

### **Accounting Software Integrations**

Accounting software integrations are designed to bring financial information directly into the audit engagement.

These integrations can support the import of:

* General Ledger data
* Trial Balance data
* Account balances
* Chart of accounts
* Financial reports
* ERP and subsidiary records

#### **Tally**

Connect Tally to import ledger entries, trial balances and chart-of-accounts data directly into the engagement.

#### **Xero**

Connect Xero to import financial statements, account balances and transaction data.

#### **QuickBooks**

Connect QuickBooks Online to pull ledger data, balances and reports into the engagement.

#### **NetSuite**

Connect NetSuite to import ERP records, subsidiary ledgers and financial reports for more complex or multi-entity engagements.

#### **Zoho Books**

Connect Zoho Books to import ledgers, trial balances and account-level financial data.

### **Managing Connected Accounts**

From the Integrations page, users can:

* View connected platforms
* See the number of connected accounts
* Open integration settings
* Reconnect an expired account
* Disconnect an integration when required

Disconnecting an integration does not remove documents or data that were already added to an engagement.
